Our law firm is growing, and our current Client Services Coordinator is assuming a new role in our firm so now we are on the search for the next SUPERSTAR to add to our team! We are a group of family oriented, fun, hard-working professionals that don’t take ourselves too seriously. We enjoy each other and working together and we like to provide room for growth, feedback and support for everyone on the team. No one day is the same and there is a lot of interaction with interesting great clients.
The teammate we are looking for will take charge of greeting clients and assisting them over the phone. They will also conduct client intake calls, support our three attorneys and provide our clients with outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone able to work full-time Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Our ideal candidate presents a very professional appearance, is organized, has a high attention to detail, understands the value of hard work, and wants to work in an exciting environment. They should also be smart, reliable and great at multi-tasking. We have a very busy growing office and we need someone who is grace under pressure.
