Carlsbad Attorney Brenda Geiger Releases “Secrets of Great Estate Planning” Book Inspired By Family Tragedy.

Local lawyer writes new book to help people protect their assets and complete their estate plans. Brenda’s own experience losing her father at 19 inspired her to help others avoid the California probate system.

Carlsbad, CA, June, 2014 – Attorney Brenda Geiger of the Geiger Law Office, P.C. in Carlsbad has published a new book focusing on helping families by revealing answers to legal questions most don’t even know to ask.

This innovative new book, titled, Secrets of Great Estate Planning (2014), focuses on frequently asked questions by clients and questions clients should be asking when setting up their estate plans. Brenda bypasses the “legal language” to offer married and single people alike an easy-to-read guide on common mistakes people make.

“After losing my father at the age of 19, I saw things in my own family that were properly planned for and things that were not. I use my personal experiences from my own family as well as my years of professional experience to help my clients properly plan. My mission is to help my clients avoid the various land mines that could lay ahead for their family if the right estate planning is not done.”

Estate planning can be very complex. However, this book gives readers a more “hands on” approach to estate planning. Brenda’s goal is to help make people aware of the unforeseen legal issues in estate planning they could encounter after the death of a loved one with no planning or inadequate estate planning.

Although her new book retails for $14.95 (soft back edition) and $24.95 (hard back edition), she is offering 50 copies of her new book for free. To receive a free copy, go to: www.geigerlawoffice.com/estate-planning-book and type in “2014 press release” as the code.
