Mona Parsa, Esq.

Mona is an experienced attorney who acts as Of Counsel at Geiger Law Office. Prior to joining the firm, she led hundreds of estate planning seminars throughout California for one of the largest revocable living trust law firms in the state. Through her media work, she has also educated younger generations regarding the importance of estate planning.

Mona's interests in estate design began through her work on immigration and transactional matters (in a range of industries such as business, entertainment/media, technology, health, life sciences, and marketing) - where she assisted entrepreneurs and doers reaching towards their goals, thereby making estate planning the natural next step as their paths and careers blossom. Formerly, she played a key role as the inaugural General Counsel and VP of Business Development for a tech-driven e-commerce startup, and has years of experience in executive recruitment working directly with middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies, closely acquainted with the necessity of safeguarding and protecting legacy from risk.

Mona graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, and subsequently attended Whittier Law School where she accumulated a number of awards, including achievement as a Finalist in the Annual Susan E. McGuigan Oral Advocacy Competition, and the highest class score in Professional Responsibility Skills of Research, Writing, and Advocacy. She also served as a Senior Member on the Whittier Law Journal of Child and Family Advocacy and as a Street Law presenter for local high schools, amongst other activities

Mona is also an acclaimed award-winning author of the spiritually-focused children's book And So You Were Born, creator of its groundbreaking mobile app, and an accomplished speaker and educator on both legal and non-legal topics. She has received the Certificate of Recognition from the California State Legislature for commitment to community service.
