Annual Exclusion Gifting Trusts: An irrevocable trust in which an annual amount of money may be transferred by gift to the trust without incurring a gift tax or eating into the Grantor’s unified credit. This amount can be transferred in the form of cash or other assets and may be aggregated by the number of beneficiaries.
