We are looking to add a part time rock star to our growing Estate and Business Planning office team! The person that we are looking for will be assisting and supporting our legal team with various administrative tasks daily.
We need a part-time candidate, Monday – Friday (Hours could be somewhat flexible between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm). No prior Law firm experienced required. We will happily train the right person for the job!
Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner with exceptional people and customer service skills and have well-rounded computer and typing skills. You will be responsible for many administrative tasks so you must be extremely organized with a very high attention to detail. We have a busy office and need someone who is smart, dependable, has a strong work ethic and can multi-task with grace. We are a close team and it is vital that we have a good fit between our new team member and our existing team. A sense of humor is a must! We enjoy being together every day and that is important to us as well.
Some of your responsibilities with us will be:
Populating Estate Plans
Printing and binding Estate plan binders
Follow up with clients with regards to any missing information in their files
Printing and Binding Estate Plans
Answering Phones as a back up
Running Law Firm Errands as needed
